This is a Yoga class which has been running for almost 10 years. Satyananda Yoga is a much respected and loved traditional system. Satyananda Yoga promotes an integration of body, mind, emotion and spirit. Learning is supported and nurtured in a friendly environment. Regular attendance is encouraged but you are welcome to try first. Mats available, wear comfortable clothes and bring a light blanket.
You should not eat or drink for 2 hours before class (water is ok!)
