Healing Through Movement

Open to all levels of movers, ‘Healing Through Movement’ classes weave the foundations of a yoga practice, mindfulness and movement meditation techniques to creatively explore how our body naturally moves and what inspires movement within us towards integration and wholeness. 
Inspired by Somatics based warm-ups, ‘Authentic Movement’, and ‘Focusing’, Healing Through Movement will extend your capacity to channel and be moved by your life force (Spirit); towards experiencing empowerment, freedom and joy within your body and movements through life.  

Nicole works with individuals and groups as a yoga instructor, movement facilitator, counsellor and psychotherapist; supporting the development of feeling centred, grounded and at home in oneself, whilst strengthening self-expression and the awareness of ones inner resources. Her approach is inspired by multiple forms of yoga, movement meditation practices and transpersonal integrative psychology.
